Merchandise Returns

Due to the nature of the print-on-demand service, all sales are considered final and are not returnable or refundable. These items are produced custom-made within 24 hours of the order placement.

Quality Control
We cover all misprints or imperfections within 30-days after the delivery of the merchandise. You must provide pictures and details during your initial correspondence. If there is a discrepancy due to the printing and/or production of your order, please contact us with the included information;

  • Order Number
  • Date
  • Full Name
  • Item of concern on that order.
  • Include pictures and any relevant references.   

We do not cover and are not held responsible for additional customs fees or fees prohibiting delivery. Due to the nature of the print-on-demand service, all sales are considered final and are not returnable. 

Please note: We reserve the right to authorize or decline any refunds. If an item is damaged or lost in shipping, please email admin@tachtic.com , and we will help as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to authorize or decline any refunds. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@tachtic.com 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@tachtic.com 


Shipping as it related to Returned/Refunded Items

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
